Position Description: The Academy is currently looking for a leader to fill its Program Coordinator, Educational Services role, a key member of the Educational Services team.

Description Program Coordinators perform and support work activity related to their service lines or programs. They work under the guidance of the service line leaders or their designees. These service lines include fellowship programs, collaboratives, forums, and others as they may be defined.

Goals and Objectives • Support and contribute to the success of the Educational Services department; • Complete assigned work on time and with high quality; • Remain flexible and provide support to other services lines as necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Educational Services department to coordinate among Forum Directors and with the Academy service lines, such as Meeting Services, The Academy Advisors, health system and industry sales. • Provide support to the Senior Vice President, Educational Services. This would include scheduling conference calls with many participants, setting up meetings and prioritizing meeting requests; • Gather and collate documents, support customer interviews or site visits, document results of meetings and conference calls; • Collaborate with Forum Directors and other management staff on distribution of appropriate program content and deliverables; • Communicate effectively with team on status of work activities, ensuring deadlines are met with high quality results and deliverables; • Work with Meeting Services staff to Educational Services activity with meeting logistics requirements; • Research and prepare reports and briefs on topics relevant to their assigned service line and remain current on industry trends and activity; • Coordinates the Academy’s Educational Credits application process in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies; • Other duties as assigned.

Other Administrative Duties

• Other duties may include developing, implementing and managing new administrative procedures to improve department efficiency. Reporting Relationships

• Reports to Senior Vice President , Educational Services.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related desktop software applications; • Attention to detail; • Flexible worker, able to work effectively on a team in a fast paced environment; • Effective written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to create and layout documents, spreadsheets and presentations. • Excellent project management skills • Skilled at juggling concurrent priorities

Education and Experience • 1 to 2 years experience in a related position, healthcare experience preferred; • Bachelor’s degree required.

Travel Requirements • Travel involves attendance at select meetings and site visits. Travel may comprise approximately 15-20% of time
