Position Description: Position Summary The Client Relationship Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing the client experience for an assigned set of health plan clients that Oncology Analytics represents. The CSM is expected to use their insights and experience to create strategies using account planning methodologies focusing on retention, growth and client satisfaction. The CSM reports to the Vice President of Client Management. You will be part of a mission driven company focused on patient outcomes in Oncology. You will possess the knowledge and skill sets to navigate through complex organizations, foster relationships with key decision makers, understand key business drivers, help clients optimize the use of products and solutions to achieve their business and clinical goals while strategically listening and understanding the clients overall needs in the health care industry to help shape future products. The CSM will act as a single point of contact and primary point for all client accounts assigned. Critical to the success of a CSM is exceptional communication and presentation skills along with an ability to effectively interface with all levels within a health plan/payer. The CSM can proactively manage the details of the client relationship to ensure client success. As well, you are a seasoned problem solver, comfortable thinking on his/her feet and thrives in a multi-tasking environment. You will also work with the Analytics and Outcomes team to identify key drivers of client success as well as opportunities for improvement, so having a solid analytical sense is equally as important and general business aptitude. Responsibilities • Develop strategic account plans and implement strategies focused on retention, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring overall client satisfaction. • Relentlessly communicating with internal stakeholders in order to ensure visibility into the client while strategically understanding the clients overall business and people. • Maintain routine cadences with program sponsors, owners and champions to maintain optimal account status; tracking of performance against key success criteria and metrics, projects status and key initiatives. • Develop and enhance key relationships throughout the client organization garnering support of our products and services key to the success of future business. • Lead routine client business reviews and value presentations with key stakeholders ensuring our value is visible and that strategic alignment is maintained with the organization; leveraging performance reports to illustrate program success and identify areas of improvement. • Proactively and effectively manage evolving expectations, needs, and priorities. Identify client issues and lead /drive cross- functional efforts amongst the client and us as necessary to find resolution and/or meet client goals and objectives. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry challenges and solutions; applying your knowledge and best practice principle in advising clients. • Recognize client needs, and understand our solutions, then proactively drive plans to meet or exceed client expectations; work with appropriate department personnel and executive management team in order to maintain client satisfaction and positive account status. • Advocate for the client product recommendations and enhancements to product and clinical teams. • Understand and ensure compliance with client’s contract terms. • Be committed to the company goals and mission of ensuring all patients get the right medical oncology treatment with the proper efficacy, toxicity and cost. • Other duties as assigned including internal projects • US Domestic Travel of up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications: Business Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare consulting and/or account management experience. Domain expertise in health care. Specifically understanding the relationships between health plans, healthcare providers, Pharma companies and patients, with a specific focus on understanding oncology drug trends and their affect on patients. • Proven success in managing complex situations. • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills. • Comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization, from C-suite on down. • Proven ability to discuss analyses such as return on investment or other value-based analyses with clients. • Strong problem solving, decision making and project management skills. • Team player that excels in an entrepreneurial environment. • Proficient in MS Office. • Bachelor's degree required. A Master’s degree in Public Health is preferred.
