Position Description: About the Position Reporting to the Director of the Office of Family and Community Health Improvement, the Community Healthcare Improvement and Linkages Section Manager is responsible for the management and leadership of the Community Healthcare Improvement and Linkages (CHIL) Section in the Office of Family and Community Health Improvement. The CHIL section supports health systems transformation efforts and community clinical linkages across the state and works with providers, clinics, health systems, managed care organizations, and communities across Washington. These include the Pediatric Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative, Health Systems, Population Health Planning, Breast Cervical and Colon Health Program, Family Planning, and Community Health Worker Training System. The purpose of the section is to improve the quality, outcomes, affordability, and accessibility of healthcare for people throughout their lifespan. The Community Healthcare Improvement and Linkages Section Manager is responsible for a biennial budget of approx. $53,461,107.00, and for seven (7) direct reports, who are responsible for approx. 31 staff.

Compensation: The annual range of compensation is between $74,604 and $100,344, depending upon qualifications.
