Position Description: This research project focuses on evaluating a crowdsourced HIV testing campaign using stepped wedge RCT (see https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT027 96963).1 This position offers the opportunity to be involved in cutting edge HIV research. Primary responsibilities include evaluating a crowdsourced intervention, preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, and assisting developing grant applications. The researcher will be based in Guangzhou, China at the UNC Project-China office as part of our SESH team (see www.seshglobal.org).

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: 1. PhD in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics or other related fields; 2. Demonstrated ability to produce peer-reviewed scientific articles; 3. Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience evaluating interventions or programs; 2. Experience with longitudinal data sets preferred, but not required. 3. The ability to lead a team in the Chinese context.
