Responsibilities At the headquarters level, performs independent duties in the development of strategic initiatives for national and community-level collaborative agreements betw between private business, schools, orga organizations, and IMCOM and its Garrisons. Esta Establishes a centralized framework for Garr Garrisons to leverage agreements with outs outside organizations in support of Healthy Army Army Communities for Soldiers and families, and and enhanced mission readiness. Guides coor coordination between stakeholders such as inst installations, DECA, AAFES, ACOM's, ASCC's, DRU' DRU's and local communities with an anal analytical, methodical approach for achi achieving mutual understanding and areas of shar shared value. Manages offers of support from orga organizations that are aligned with IMCOM prio priorities. Evaluates requests and coor coordinates with Staff Judge Advocate to dete determine legal or regulatory limitations or refe refers to appropriate authority for further acti action/coordination in support of Healthy Army Army Communities. Drafts memoranda of unde understanding, contract specifications, or requ required documents for approved agreements and and obtains legal review. Assesses current agre agreements and analyzes effectiveness to impl implement best practices. Provides sync synchronization of efforts across the ente enterprise to collaboratively seek oppo opportunities, engage initiatives, stre streamline processes, apply methodologies to iden identify capability gaps, and formulate part partnership support at the appropriate leve level. Develops strategic communications plan plan and coordinates with Public Affairs to prom promote positive outcomes in the media. Part Participates in conferences, symposiums, and othe other forum efforts promoting partnership init initiatives. Provides garrisons with reso resources for Healthy Army communities thro through partnership education, training, and tool toolkits to develop mutually beneficial init initiatives.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the n next lower grade level. Specialized experience must be directly-related to include at least one year performing duties at the next lower grade level as follows: Experience which demonstrates a broad knowledge of military Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Programs. Must have a vast knowledge of MWR program organizational structure, funding sources (NAF/APF), and operational capabilities. Experience demonstrating the ability to coordinate partnering opportunities across garrison footprints so they are aligned with Army's goal for Healthy Army Communities supporting readiness. Must have knowledge of legal boundaries related to the commitment of government resources. Experience demonstrating strong business acumen to include effective decision related to include at least one year per performing duties at the next lower grade lev level as follows: Experience which demonstrates a broad kn knowledge of military Family and Morale, We Welfare and Recreation Programs.
