Position Description: Program Description: The National Pediatric Practice Community on Adverse Childhood Experiences (NPPC) is an initiative of the Center for Youth Wellness. The NPPC is a bi-directional learning community designed to engage, train and assess screening and intervention protocols and systems in various health care delivery settings. The NPPC includes in-depth learning sites, a virtual learning network, a technical assistance/consultation model, and in-person convenings. Over 3 years, our goal is to support 1,000 pediatric medical providers in making ACEs screening and intervention part of their routine clinical practice.

Position Summary: The Program Manager helps coordinate a range of program activities that are part of the design, implementation, and evaluation of the NPPC. This includes researching information for program development, contributing to program design, identification and procurement of experts and faculty, identification and coordination of technical assistance activities, managing the day to day activity of program implementation, recruitment, contributing to the development of an evaluation framework for programs, and managing relationships.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

2-4 years of project management and/or operations experience in either private or public-sector health organizations. MPH preferred. Experience managing and engaging virtual networks and communities.
