Position Description: This position is a Pay Band 70 Why does the job exist? This postion will provide epidemiological sup support to the Environmental Public Health Tra Tracking Program and will analyze and submit req required childhood lead poisoning Nationally Con Consistent Data and Measures (NCDIM) to the Cen Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CD (CDC). How does it get done? Position will provide data management and epidemiological support for drining water quality Nationally Consistent Data and Measures (NCDM). Incumbent will manage the bureau's notifiable conditions database, and provide epidemiological support for bio-monitoring projects for chemicals (other than lead). Who are the customers? The funding for the position is through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The services are provided for residents of New Mexico. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Undergraduate or graduate school course(s) in statistical analysis beyond an introductory course in applied statistical analysis; experience utilizing the New Mexico Electronic Disease Surveillance Database to document work activities; and experience with data collection, data management, data analysis, and data presentation for community members.
