Position Description: Under limited supervision, provides leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing the best practices and program strategies to enhance the Fathers Offering Resources and Education (F.O.R.E.) Program. Manages and coordinates program activities including outreach, networking, and recruiting fathers and mentors. Conducts program evaluations using appropriate assessment tools. Monitors program activities to ensure compliance of state and federal program guidelines. Develops and coordinates reporting requirements and resources to maintain program. Assists in administering program grants, contracts, and budgets. Assists and ensures fathers are navigated directly to resources.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Public Health Education from an accredited college or university OR Bachelor's degree in Education, Social, Behavioral or Biological Sciences or a directly related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of experience in public health education.
