Position Description: Purpose of Position: This position will coordinate state-wide Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) public health surveillance activities. This position will manage all aspects of day-to-day HIV surveillance operations, including conducting case investigations, reviewing and entering electronic and paper laboratory result data, and coordinating with HIV partner services. Incumbent will be responsible for data quality assurance, data analysis, and routine reporting. Who are the customers? People living with HIV infection in NM, the NM Department of Health and other state and local agencies, HIV prevention and treatment providers, CDC. Ideal Candidate

Qualifications: Minimum Qualification Master's degree in Public Health, Epide Epidemiology, Science, Social Sciences or Stati Statistics and one (1) years in Public Healt Health to include data analysis and linking metho methodology.
