Position Description: This position will work closely with our partners at the CDC in Atlanta, primarily responsible for supporting development and analysis of statistical models related to immunization efforts. The role will work a variety of tasks but focus on providing statistical support to colleague's research projects that includes data imputation, statistical analysis, formulating tables and interpreting results. The tasks will include a mix of the following: Identify methodologies, measures, and research questions for assessment and summarization of findings; Initiate, formulate, plan and execute analytic research projects; Select appropriate statistical and epidemiologic techniques and databases; Assist in developing and managing databases for analysis; Maintain quality control programs; Ensure reliability and consistency of the data; Provide technical assistance on the use of complex statistical and epidemiologic techniques; Serve as technical expert in all phases of statistical interpretation; Prepare comprehensive reports of study results; Disseminate results of research projects in a wide range of venues including publications, peer reviewed journals, summaries, manuscripts, and special reports.

Qualifications: Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Position requires at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related STEM discipline (Advanced Degrees are preferred) & 10 Years of relevant work experience (Advanced Degree can be substituted for some experience)

Professional use of SAS, SUDAAN, with strong SAS programming skills is required Candidate should be comfortable with working in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience working statistical analysis projects for CDC customers is a plus.

Preferred candidate will have publications demonstrating strong scientific writing skills.
