Position Description: The purpose of this position is to coordinate multiple activities related to maintaining public health’s role in immunization practices to increase the vaccination status of children and adults and decrease the spread of vaccine preventable disease in the community. Work includes assuring national immunization standards are maintained, coordinate and provide expert knowledge in project development, implementation strategies, quality improvement and evaluation processes. Coordinate the development of strategic initiatives and providing expert content for immunizations to healthcare providers and the community at large. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with healthcare and public health partners, locally, and regionally. This position regularly accounts to the Program Manager for direction and to report progress.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: •Master's degree in Community Health, Health P Promotion, Health Education, Public Health, H Healthcare Administration, Nursing or c closely related field. •Three years of directly related experience (or (or five years of directly related exp experience with a bachelor's degree)

Required Licensure/Certifications: •CHES preferred. Valid motor vehicle license o or the ability to access multiple sites in a t timely manner.
