DESCRIPTION OF WORK Looking for someone to work independently and be responsible for the oversight of various grants assigned to the Department. This position will allow you to foster collaborative relationships and provide technical assistance to stakeholders at the local and state level. We are looking for someone who utilizes critical thinking to develop innovative ideas that are solution focused and can be applied universally. You will serve as a resource for contractors and providers on policy issues, service coordination, best practices and other topics related to gambling and substance use. You will get to travel throughout the state representing the interests of the department while addressing the issues of several emotionally charged issues.

Qualifications: • Must meet PA residency requirement

• Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience of the same; and a bachelor's degree; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
