Position Description: The Office of Minority Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services partners with diverse agencies and organizations across the U.S. to host Health Equity Fellows each summer as part of the Youth Health Equity Model of Practice (YHEMOP). By participating in this Model of Practice, Health Equity Fellows complete a short-term project that contributes to each organization’s overarching mission related to reducing or addressing health disparities and health equity within communities, as well as participates in a Health Equity Curriculum. This is a 10-week paid summer Fellowship program.
