Purpose: The Program Coordinator will pro provide project management and assist in dev developing policies and procedures to imp implement and monitor the performance and ben benchmarks of staff within the Lead Safe Hom Home Program (LSHP) Unit. This position will ass assist in monitoring and evaluating the ong ongoing operations in the LSHP Unit. It req requires an individual who is able to dev develop and maintain policies and procedures for for programmatic related processes. This ind individual is also responsible for pre preparing, coordinating and tracking all per personnel transactions for the LSHP Unit. Thi This position oversees and directs office act activities for the Unit, including composing cor correspondence, relaying information and/or ass assignments to the Unit and Section Manager and and staff. This position requires an ind individual who is detailed, efficient and an eff effective problem solver.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain policies and p procedures for the Lead Safe Home Program ( (LSHP). • Develop internal forms and data c collection systems to document adherence to e established policy and procedures for the L LSHP. • Monitor and evaluate staff workloads a and schedules. • Record and analyze the Lead Safe H Home Program unit activities and trends. R Report these findings on a regular basis t through written and verbal reporting to the U Unit Manager, State Administrative Manager a and other Department representatives. • Collect, consolidate and analyze L LSHP data necessary to meet Federal and S State reporting requirements and the goals o of the program. • Work closely with Department staff o on contract development and funds released t to ensure lead hazard control funds are a appropriately allocated and expended. • Provide guidance to LSHP Contractors w with established policy and procedures for t the program. • Assist the Unit Manager and Health Educ Educator in the development of outreach and educ educational materials that describe and prom promote the LSHP.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in any ma major.
Experience: At least one year of project management experience. Experience with analyzing data and reports, developing policies and procedures, problem solving, managing conflict, professionalism and at-risk populations preferred.
