The TMW Center for Early Learning + Public Health at the University of Chicago seeks an experienced project manager to lead its community-wide demonstration project from conceptualization into implementation and further scaling and provide regular, ongoing oversight of the project. The TMW Center is launching in 2019 a multi-year community- wide demonstration project, through which the TMW Center and community partners will implement its parent-directed interventions through systems already working at scale in the community, with a goal of reaching 60% of all families with children age birth to three within five years. The program will launch in summer 2019, with a rigorous timeframe for further program rollout and scaling over the following five years. The project manager will create a detailed project plan to frame the project’s programmatic implementation and data collection; build and maintain strong working relationships with implementing sites; secure requisite approvals for implementation from each site; and drive forward progress to goals for program implementation and data collection. The ideal candidate is a strategic, systems-oriented thinker, as well as a disciplined, experienced project manager with demonstrated expertise in meeting timelines and deliverables.
