Position Description: The Research Data Analyst provides expertise in data management, quality assurance, analysis and reporting. Establishes data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems. Performs data analysis using statistical techniques. Additional Information: The goal of this project is to use data collected within the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), a biennial health survey of high school students, to assess alcohol use disparities between sexual minority youth and heterosexual youth across several jurisdictions and years. The national YRBS collected information on sexual minority status for the first time in 2015, providing the opportunity to conduct innovative research on alcohol and other health disparities on a national scale.
