These employment standards are typically attained with: Five years of progressively responsible management and supervisory experience in a public or non-profit agency whic which included program planning and eval evaluation, fiscal management, human reso resource management, and policy and proc procedure development in either a mental heal health, public health, or social services prog program above the trainee level, AND educ education equivalent to graduation from an accr accredited college or university with major cour course work in health administration, busi business administration, public admi administration, social work or a closely rela related field. A Master's Degree in health, publ public health, business, public admi administration, social work or a closely rela related field is preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS
