Purpose: The Project Coordinator will sup support the needs of high school and college cam campus sexual assault and dating violence sur survivors. This is a key position with sig significant impact to the overall public hea health for students.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Research existing and new p programming specific to the needs of high s schools/college campus sexual assault and d dating violence survivors. • Building infrastructure and alliances with appropriate non-profit and state agencies to promote consistent, professional and victim-oriented services. • Develop victim service funding p priorities for programs seeking to serve v victims. • Research, identify and promote best p practices, working to create consistency a among high school and campus programming in M Michigan. • Work with Division of Victim S Services staff to develop statewide funding p priorities and recommendations. • Provide technical assistance and c consultation to existing and developing p projects in Michigan. • Work with Division of Victim S Services Staff to establish, administer and e evaluate programs, recommend program p policies and procedures and design forms. • Design and conduct surveys or s studies to determine needs and to assist in p planning, implementation, and evaluation of p programs and services; consolidate data and p prepare reports. • Analyzes ongoing program operations a and recommend modifications of policy and p procedure to achieve greater efficiency and e effectiveness. • Other duties as assigned.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: Experience in high sch school/campus sexual assault and/or dating vio violence or related program development, pro program development, and coordinated com community response highly preferred. Kno Knowledge of sexual assault victim services, Dat Dating violence, Title IX, programs, pol policies and protocols.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Standard office environment. May require valid vehicle operator’s license where needed to needed to perform duties of the position.
