| Position Description: |
The State of Hawaii is building its first and largest integrated health analytics program, including claims and encounter data from Medicare, Medicaid and commercial health populations, and additional contextual (e.g. SDOH), clinical and public health datasets. Please join us in serving as the Data Governance Manager for this huge initiative, and gain tremendous experience in the governance of the state's largest health database!

| Qualifications: |
The position calls for someone with one (1) year of progressively responsible professional experience in two or more of the following:
1. Developing implementing and/or managing data governance standards for multi- stakeholder data sets, including but not limited to data ingestion, quality checking, transformation, documentation, use, and release.
2. Leading or facilitating collaborative projects among a variety of stakeholders, including agency leadership, technical staff, and subject matter experts.
3. Working with staff in one organization or across multiple organizations to improve data quality or promote data sharing.

| Organization Description: |
The Hawaii Department of Human Services houses the state's Medicaid, SNAP, TANF and Child/Welfare Services Programs, along with a host of other programs in the human services realm. This position will be located within the Medicaid agency's analytics office, which is a dynamic office with a team of data professionals. We are a fun and hard-working team with a tremendous vision!
