| Position Description: |
We are seeking a research coordinator to join an experienced team within the Center for Health Measurement at Duke University. Our research aims to engage patients and caregivers, learn about their preferences and experiences, and work with clinical partners to improve health outcomes. Our multi-disciplinary research teams conduct innovative patient-centered outcomes research to bring the voices of the patients and caregivers more directly into care planning, treatment decisions, and health policy. Work will be primarily remote or hybrid.

| Qualifications: |
The skills that are essential for this role are a strong attention to detail; ability to independently manage tasks; ability to proactively identify emergent problems and work with the team to solve them; and comfort working on interdisciplinary teams. Exposure/experience with qualitative research methods is also a high priority.
