Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Health Sector Growth Strategist to lead our business development efforts and drive growth for our healthcare technology SaaS solutions. In addition, this role will be responsible for forging strategic alliances between public health and the health care sector, driving collaborative efforts to enhance STChealth information technology delivery, innovation and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities • Business Development Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, setting performance goals, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. • Strategic Planning: Develop, implement strategies that allow the execution of comprehensive partnership strategies that support innovation, interoperability, increase market penetration, and competitive positioning in the healthcare technology space leading to revenue growth. • Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and market segments. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, industry influencers, and technology partners - identifying collaborative partnerships and developing relationships that strengthen population health initiatives across the disease ecosystem that result in better outcomes for partners and increased revenue and growth for STChealth. • Internal Collaboration: Work/Liaise closely, efficiently, and effectively with internal Leadership and teams across STChealth. • Market Expansion: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute market entry strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans. Identify and address barriers to entry in new markets. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business growth activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Use data and insights to refine strategies and achieve targets. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align business strategies with corporate objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive company growth and operational excellence. • Brand Representation: Represent STChealth at industry events, conferences, and forums. Promote the company's vision and solutions to enhance brand awareness and influence market perception. • Key Account Management Oversight: Lead the coordination and management of key accounts, ensuring top-tier service and long-term client satisfaction. Develop strategies to nurture relationships, address client needs, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with customer success to align efforts and manage issue escalation processes for prompt resolution. • Customer Engagement: Work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in health strategy and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships, preferably in the healthcare technology or SaaS sectors. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
