Dear Rollins Earn and Learn Employers,

The Rollins Earn and Learn (REAL) program provides partners with the opportunity to hire an experienced graduate student for a fraction of the cost. Rollins School of Public Health pays 50% of the student’s salary and you pay the remaining 50%.

CDC REAL Partners, for your hiring process, please contact your internal team by emailing Recruiter (CDC) recruiter@cdc.gov.

Once you have posted your job on RSPH Career Connection (powered by 12Twenty) and identified the Rollins Earn and Learn (REAL) student you want to hire, you will need to access our CRM. This system has replace the former hiring system (RSPH Student Hire).

Here is how to gain access to the new hiring system:

  • RSPH Employees will request access to RSPH Hiring by emailing help@sph.emory.edu.
  • Internal Partners and Emory Affiliates will complete the Partner Request Form and allow 3 days for processing. (Faculty and Staff Outside of RSPH (Example: SOM Employee or Task Force)
