POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Work Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday Work Hours: Full-time, First Shift, 35 hours per week Location: 410 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT There may be opportunities for an alternate work schedule and working remotely in accordance with State policies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Creating and disseminating the annual school immunization survey, childcare immunization survey, and pre-k influenza immunization survey. Developing and delivering training for providers on accurate data collection and completion of surveys. Ensuring data completeness and quality reported through these surveys. Analyzing data reported and identifying changes or trends. Assisting with investigations of reportable diseases.
