This position will support researchers, healthcare providers, and operational teams to conduct health outcomes, health services, and implementation research. We encourage applications from candidates with expertise or interest in applying experimental and observational methods for causal inference and predictive analytics to generate evidence that informs care decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Interfacing with informatics experts to create and manage databases derived primarily from routinely collected healthcare data (e.g., electronic health records and claims data) • Developing and implementing analysis plans for experimental, quasi-experimental, and observational study designs • Preparing detailed descriptions of analyses and findings for manuscripts and internal reports • Ensuring integrity, reliability, and reproducibility of data and analysis. • Actively seeking new knowledge of methods for data management and analysis
