| Position Description: |
The Evaluation Specialist is required to: •Meet and maintain rapport with clients, •Supports evaluation design and methodology planning and draft proposals for needs assessments, program evaluation and data collection projects. •Develop logic models and key performance indicators. •Develop and implement continuous quality improvement strategies. •Collect, analyze, and synthesize primary data through conducting interviews, focus groups, or surveys. •Develop evaluation reports, presentations, or manuscripts. •Conduct project management responsibilities, including maintaining schedule and quality of deliverables, and being a point of contact for clients. •Support evaluation business development efforts, including strategic planning and monitoring of current and future business opportunities. •Provide ad hoc project support to other sectors at VMG. •Occasional travel may be required – less than 10%.

| Qualifications: |
•Master’s degree in public health, public administration, the social sciences, or other related discipline. •Five to ten years of experience in program evaluation, preferably in public health. •Experience developing and implementing evaluation plans and data collection tools. •Experience conducting qualitative data collection and analysis (focus groups, key informant interviews) and/or quantitative analysis.
