| Position Description: |
The primary purpose of the Research Data Specialist is to provide administrative and clinical research support, coordination for and performance of research studies and analyses within Dr. Justin R. Gregg's research group housed in the Departments of Urology and Health Disparities Research. Impacts successful performance, analysis and reporting of designated protocols and the efficiency and effectiveness of research conducted in the Department of Urology. Coordinates and helps in the performance, analysis, and reporting of qualitative research studies, particularly in underserved communities (s). Job is hybrid with on-site responsibilities at least 3 of 5 days per week.

| Qualifications: |
-Knowledge of the design and administration of epidemiological research. -Strong organizational, analytical, reasoning, and research skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong quantitative and qualitative research performance and analysis. -Prepare reports and proposals to present information to outside scientific and community groups. -Empathy and compassion for individuals dealing with cancer. -Familiarity with community outreach and engagement strategies. -Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to perform and analyze qualitative research studies Experienced with statistical analyses using STATA or similar
