| Position Description: |
Work in partnership between the Office of Access, Belonging and Community Engagement, Department of Medical Education, UCF COM Legal, and UCF Lake Nona Hospital to oversee the implementation of the Community Health Needs Assessment Plan (CHNAP) to improve healthcare, health literacy and health equity in our Central Florida communities. Track implementation of CHNAP elements, program participation, and other metrics and develop regular reports to provide data and recommendations to leadership and invested parties. ?Assist with organizing community engagement initiatives in alignment with CHNAP. Meet with potential community partners in developing program ideas and funding opportunities. Provide program development and ongoing management of programs to include coordinating meetings, events, and workshops. ?Engage in community outreach and liaise with community organizations to develop and strengthen program partnerships and organize collaborative community events in UCF Lake Nona Hospital and UCF Office of Access, Belonging & Community Engagement that promote the COM. ?Identify funding opportunities and write and submit grant proposals for community engagement projects. Conduct research needed to support grant proposals. ?Coordinate with COM Legal and other institutional partners to ensure appropriate liability coverage is in place for community engagement activities. ?Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to timely completion of UCF and college training and updates.

| Qualifications: |
Minimum Qualifications: ?Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
