Requirements General Requirements: • Minimum BS/BA degree • 10+ years on the job experience • Ability to work as part of a project team as well as independently • Experienced in managing teams and projects • Must be self-disciplined with effective time management abilities and organizational skills • Thrives working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with shifting priorities • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-service attitude • Excellent presentation skills • Experience with government proposal design layout and development a plus • Prior experience in a contractor environment a plus Technical Requirements: • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat Pro DC, Premier, Dreamweaver, After Effects and others • Knowledge of print production, including operating reproduction equipment • Section 508 compliance including remediation, QA/QC a plus • Experience with photography and videography a plus
