| Position Description: |
Healthcare consultants are integral members of our consulting teams, generally working on a single engagement to meet client needs while under the direction of a and collaborating closely with Engagement Managers and Consultants. Healthcare consultants are responsible for effectively planning and managing distinct segments of work, while acting as a valued contributor to the team. Our project teams usually consist of 3-4 members and client engagements often span 3-6 months in duration.

| Qualifications: |
l 2+ years of consulting experience or relevant healthcare experience required
l Advanced healthcare related Master’s degree (non-MBA); we are currently seeking second year students graduating in spring/summer 2025
l Comfortable manipulating and synthesizing large amounts of data
l Experience working and leading in a team environment where required to manage own work with minimal oversight
l Exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to diagnose client problems
l Intellectual curiosity about improving health care delivery
l Intermediate Excel skills; proficient in using PowerPoint and Word
l Responds well to and enjoys change; works well under pressure
l Succinct communicator who thinks well on feet
l Flexibility to travel as required?
l Being based in one of our hub office cities of Boston, Chicago, New York City or Washington DC is encouraged
