Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for both adults and children, focusing on the medical needs of newly arrived refugees. Perform comprehensive medical screenings, assessments, and follow-up care. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) efficiently for patient documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to protect and promote the health of patients. Address the unique healthcare needs of diverse populations, including those facing health disparities.

Must hold an unrestricted Delaware Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Experience providing care to both adults and children. Strong background in serving populations experiencing health disparities. Preferred: Proficiency in Haitian Creole.
