| Position Description: |
North Central Health District (NCHD) seeks an experienced, enthusiastic, and innovative leader for the Hope Center, a Ryan White Part B and Part C funded clinic charged with providing medical care, dental services, and case management to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Hope Center also includes COMPASS Pharmacy, a housing program (HOPWA) for people living with HIV/AIDS, and transportation services to appointments. Hope Center currently serves over 1,200 patients, the majority from the 13 counties comprising the North Central Health District. With approximately 40 employees and a budget of over $5 million annually, NCHD invites health care professionals with excellent managerial skills to apply for the position of Hope Center Director. The Director will lead the Hope Center team and oversee overall operations including clinical care, dental services, case management, business administration, quality management, supportive services including housing, transportation, and facility management.

| Qualifications: |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Doctorate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of management/supervisory experience in health care services OR Two years at the lower level or position equivalent (HCM012) OR Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of management/supervisory experience in health care services OR Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of management/supervisory experience in health care services. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience working with HIV+ population is highly preferred. • Experience working within a healthcare setting.
