Position Description: Tenure Earning Associate Professor

Social Behavioral Sciences and Infectious Disease Control and Prevention The College of Public Health at the University of South Florida (USF), a metropolitan, research-intensive institution recently invited to join the prestigious Association of American Universities, is seeking a mid-career level social behavioral scientist focusing on infectious disease control and prevention (communicable and/or vector borne).

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic faculty engaged in interdisciplinary research including the new USF Health Center for Virology. We seek an individual with a social behavioral doctoral degree in public health, medical anthropology, clinical or social psychology, social/behavioral epidemiology, or medical sociology and current external research funding in the area of infectious disease control and prevention.
