Position Description: |
Our Epidemiologist III performs highly advanced epidemiological work in injury prevention. This position provides data support to our Texas Violent Death Reporting System and Child Fatality Review programs and has the opportunity to disseminate findings at the state and national level. This is a full-time position, currently 100% telework within Texas.

Qualifications: |
4-year college or university in epidemiology, health or social science, statistics, or a related field; AND Experience using SAS; AND Experience working as an epidemiologist/researcher/public health data analyst.
|

The Injury Prevention team works to understand how injuries impact Texans. The injury and violence data we provide may help reduce injuries in local, regional, and state programs.
