Position Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Data and Evaluation Intern to join our team at Plan A. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with our community based-clinic and contribute to data-driven decision-making and research projects. As a Data and Evaluation Intern, you will assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting, as well as support ongoing research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Management:

Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, including internal databases, surveys, and external datasets. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting basic quality checks and resolving inconsistencies. Data Analysis:

Help in analyzing data using statistical tools (e.g., Excel,Google Sheets, Qualtrics, or other relevant software). Conduct basic descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to support research findings. Research Support:

Support in conducting literature reviews, market research, and competitor analysis to inform ongoing projects. Prepare and synthesize research findings into reports, summaries, and presentations. Report Creation:

Create visual representations of data (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate research results effectively. Assist in writing up research findings and preparing reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members across various departments to assist in project execution and problem-solving. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute to discussions with actionable insights. Learning and Development:

Engage in learning opportunities to develop technical skills, including data analysis tools, methodologies, and industry knowledge. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving current data collection or research processes.

Qualifications: Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or a related field. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools such as (e.g., Excel,Google Sheets, Qualtrics, or other relevant software) is a plus. Experience working in healthcare environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience: Previous experience with data analysis, research, or internships related to data and research is a plus but not required.

Desired Traits: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or technologies. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
