Position Description: The incumbent in this position will be part of senior leadership of the Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD) HIV/STI Prevention Program. This role is responsible for the leadership, management, coordination, and vision of three core programs at the Health Department: (1) Partner services/Disease Intervention Specialists (DIS) for syphilis and HIV (2) Linkage to care for HIV and Hepatitis C (3) Reactor desk/data management and assessment for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis) and HIV The incumbent will be a member of a highly integrated team of senior managers that report to the Assistant Commissioner for HIV/STI Prevention and Clinical Services.

Qualifications: On or before the date of filing the application, each candidate must:

EDUCATION: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. AND EXPERIENCE: Have three years of experience in health program administration, coordination, planning or supervision. OR NOTES (EQUIVALENCIES): Have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
