Education, Licensure, Certifications, Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelors Degree in a Social Service-related field, Health Education, or Community required. Master's Degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 year’s supervisor experience required. Previous home visiting experience required. Previous program management experience required.
Preferred minimum two (2) years’ experience working with federal or state grant deliverables.
Experience in collaboration building, collaborative structures, community systems, and systems building across diverse early childhood programs and services.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage both traditional and non-traditional participants
Knowledge of best practices in trauma- informed organizations and trauma-informed care
Must participate in assigned trainings, including on-line training in the National Incident Management System (NIMS) offered through the Federal Emergency Management Agency to obtain the following certifications:
Within 6 months of employment: ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700, and ICS 800
Within 12 months of employment: ICS 300 and ICS 400
Successful completion of WCHD HIPAA Training within the introductory period.
Valid driver's license, current certificate of vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation to all assigned work locations
