| Position Description: |
Looking for a psychiatrist who can support the Hawaii Medicaid Program implement and oversee a number of exciting policies and programs to improve the behavioral health of the Medicaid populations in Hawaii. The State has a tremendous number of innovative behavioral health initiatives in progress.

| Qualifications: |
A Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy in the US, or equivalent degree from a medical school outside the US. At least 3 years of experience practicing medicine as a license and board certified physician in the area of psychiatry. Experience in public health policy administration and/or managed care preferred. Before starting, the incumbent must obtain a current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Hawaii; and possess a current American Board of Medical Specialties board certification.
