Make a Lasting Impact in Your Community A well-established public health organization is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical operations at a Douglasville health center. This is a unique opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where you will directly impact community health while guiding a dedicated and experienced team.

About the Role This is a working supervisor position, blending clinical care with leadership responsibilities. You will spend the majority of your time providing patient care while also supporting staff, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care (Primary Focus)

Provide direct patient care across a variety of public health services, including: Immunizations Women’s Health (Pap smears, pelvic exams, family planning) STI testing and treatment Hypertension management Deliver care under established public health protocols Educate patients and promote preventive health practices Leadership & Operations

Supervise and support nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative team members Manage daily clinic schedules and staffing needs Review timesheets and assist with operational oversight Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment Community Engagement

Participate in outreach efforts such as community events, school partnerships, and vaccination clinics Serve as a representative of the health center within the local community What to Expect A collaborative, team-oriented clinic with experienced staff A fast-paced environment requiring strong time management and prioritization A hands-on clinical role with a diverse patient population The opportunity to work at the top of your license within public health protocols

Qualifications: Required:

Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certification Minimum 1 year of nursing experience At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience Preferred:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience in public health, community health, or outpatient clinic settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ideal Candidate
