About the Role This is a working supervisor position, blending clinical care with leadership responsibilities. You will spend the majority of your time providing patient care while also supporting staff, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care (Primary Focus)
Provide direct patient care across a variety of public health services, including: Immunizations Women’s Health (Pap smears, pelvic exams, family planning) STI testing and treatment Hypertension management Deliver care under established public health protocols Educate patients and promote preventive health practices Leadership & Operations
Supervise and support nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative team members Manage daily clinic schedules and staffing needs Review timesheets and assist with operational oversight Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment Community Engagement
