POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: - Location: 410 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT - Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - Work Shift: Full-time, First Shift - Work Hours: 35 hours per week

DISCOVER THE OPPORTUNITY TO: - Assist with grant obligations and reporting; - Travel to grantee, program- related meetings and trainings; - Assist Epidemiologist with review of Vital Records files, death certificates, autopsies, etc. and obtain medical records, medical examiner records, and enter information into federal database Maternal Mortality Review Information Application (MMRIA); - Write up case summaries for MMRC meetings, serve as the MMRC DPH co-chair and enter all committee decisions into MMRIA within 30 days of completing the review of a death.
