| Position Description: |
We are hiring four Evaluation and Technical Assistance Specialists to join a multidisciplinary team supporting Federal public health evaluation and performance measurement work. You will design and carry out evaluation activities, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, deliver training and technical assistance, and prepare clear reports and evidence products for Federal clients and the programs they serve. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who can work independently within a team.

| Qualifications: |
? Master’s degree in public health, public policy or administration, evaluation, social science or a related field, plus 4+ years of program evaluation, research or technical assistance experience; or a bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of such experience. ? Experience designing or carrying out evaluation or research activities, from instruments and data collection through analysis and reporting. ? Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods, including coding and thematic analysis of interview or focus group data. ? Experience analyzing data with statistical or spreadsheet tools such as SPSS, R, Stata or Excel. ? Excellent writing and editing skills, including summarizing technical findings for non-expert readers. ? Experience delivering presentations, training or technical assistance to groups. ? Ability to work independently, manage several deadlines and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. ? Authorized to work in the United States and eligible to complete a federal background investigation.
