Coordinate and facilitate the development and delivery of training curricula related to UW ECHO. Serve as the primary contact to engage UW ECHO network participants located in outreach sites throughout the state and nation. The primary audiences for UW ECHO activities include health care providers, allied health staff, health care administrators, community health organizations and other agencies dedicated to improve health and disability related outcomes.

Coordinate the development of a regional Practice Based Research network (PBRN) to engage healthcare and community agencies in research activities in collaboration with WIND, College of Health Sciences and University of Wyoming faculty and staff. This positon will serve as the primary contact to engage researchers and health care practitioners, recruit new practices, engage with all sites and participants and in-person meetings. Support research, grant proposals and manuscripts activities including literature reviews, data collection and database management, coordination of grant and institutional review board proposal submissions and maintenance

Coordinate contracts and mentor new ECHO hubs throughout the state, nation and world as they develop ECHO networks within their region and topic areas. Develop training schedules and content for ECHO superhub training in collaboration with UW ECHO faculty and staff.

Coordinate the delivery and completion of surveys, evaluations and needs assessments related to UW ECHO network training and professional development needs throughout Wyoming in collaboration with external evaluators, WIND faculty and staff and graduate students. Develop policies and procedures in order to improve service delivery. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree in Social Science and 3 years of comparable experience in technology, and trainings.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel/Word/Outlook

Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

Ability to multitask, handling projects with varying timelines

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to be proactive and work independently

Grant writing experience

Experience with program development and implementation

Coordination of multi-system projects involving a variety of stakeholders

Experience developing and conducting training
