This is a professional position located in the the Bureau of Chronic Disease Prevention unde under the direct supervision of the Health Educ Education Program Manager (Environmental Appr Approaches Section Administrator). The over overall responsibility of this position is to s to support services for the Coordinated Scho School Health/Healthy Schools Program. In addi addition, this position manages contracts as need needed. Duties include, but are not limited to, to, the following:

Responsible for the Coordinated School Health portion of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s grant: Responsible for the Coordinated School Health portion of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s grant: CDC-RFA-DP13-1305, State Public Healt Public Health Actions to Prevent and Control Diabetes, He Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity and Associated R Associated Risk Factors, and Promote School Health.

Qualifications: Preferred: Master’s Degree.

Preference will be given to those who meet th the following minimum requirements:
