Position Description: Working with the firm’s principal and virtual team of subject matter experts, the Project Coordinator (PC) will contribute to the successful planning, implementation and evaluation of regional and national public health and health care quality improvement initiatives. The PC will also support daily business operations. More specifically, the PC responsibilities will include:

Project Coordination and Completion of Client Deliverables

Develop work plans and timelines for multiple projects Track deliverables and ensure on-time completion of services Assist with preparation of project materials including but not limited to: proposals, reports, surveys, evaluation tools, training materials, and planning tools Carry out project-related data collection, ensure data quality and prepare visualization of findings Create agendas for project meetings, document key decisions and conduct necessary follow-up Manage project correspondence and scheduling Conduct internet and journal research Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Evaluation Coordination

Conduct regular meetings with evaluation team, with guidance from Evaluation Director, to review progress, identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot problems as they arise Coordinate data collection events, including survey administration, monitoring of completion rates, data quality assurance, data cleaning and preparation, and data analysis Collaborate with evaluation team to interpret findings Compile findings and prepare written reports and presentations for multiple stakeholders Prepare monthly evaluation report for funder Maintain documentation for Institutional Review board applications and re-approvals

Office Management & Business Administration

Generate and track contracts and subcontracts, ensuring all agreements are finalized and anticipating contract end dates Create and track expense reports Maintain company documents and certifications Troubleshoot technology issues

Qualifications: Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree with two years of work experience or recent MPH with at least one year prior work experience Strong project management skills with experience working on multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong writing, editing and formatting skills Keen attention to detail Demonstrated experience using computer and statistical applications including STATA/SPSS or other statistical software, SurveyMonkey, and willingness to learn new technological skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with qualitative and quantitative program evaluation a plus Demonstrated data management skills Ability to function effectively as a member of a small, dynamic team Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with project partners, clients and internal team Self-directed and able to work independently Interest in public health /health care a plus
