Position Description: The ARNP’s primary responsibility is to evaluate patient’s Opioid addiction, and prescribe, adjust appropriate Medication Assisted medications as indicated. S/he will conduct thorough history and physical examinations on new patients; annual medical evaluation, possibly perform PPD (TB skin tests) or QuantiFeron Gold testing and make appropriate recommendations for follow-up. Pe Perform medication reviews for both new and ex existing patients.

Provides information when needed to Medical Director, ARNP’s, counselor, physicians, Di Director and program manager regarding pa patient/ client medical, emotional and be behavioral conditions as observed.

The ARNP works directly with all team members, including but not limited to nurses, counselors, Administrator Assistants and related staff; interfunctioning, consulting, informing etc. The ARNP works under the supervision of the Medical Director and Program Director. Director and Program Director.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Ac Accredited School of Nursing plus graduation fr from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Pr Program. Required/Preferred Experience: -One-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in the area of specialty required in a community health agency, hospital, or physician’s office. Note: No previous experience with drug abuse treatment or knowledge of the principles and techniques of treatment of co-occurring disorders required, or treatment of Mental Health, although it is preferred, with a Master’s de degree from an accredited school of nursing. Required Licenses/Certifications: -Active valid unrestricted license to practice as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (A.R.N.P.) in the state of Washington with current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number.
