Position Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Under general supervision, develops, implements, and coordinates all aspects of the clinical research trials, in conjunction with the study Principal Investigator.

-Develops and manages the submission and approval process for study protocols and associated regulatory, budgetary, and contractual agreements. -Coordinates all aspects of the clinical trial process, including, but not limited to: subject recruitment, data collection, entry, and analysis, and compliance with institutional and federal research regulations. -Creates and manages study-specific databases. -Analyzes highly complex data gathered on clinical research studies. -Develops and implements work flow policies and procedures. -Mentors, trains and reviews the work of less experienced clinical research staff.

Qualifications: Minimum Education: -Bachelor’s Degree in Science, or related field. Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Minimum Related Experience: -Five years of clinical research experience required, with strong knowledge of study development, implementation, and coordination, database development, and data management.

Minimum Computer Skills: -Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook). -Solid knowledge of statistical analysis; experience with SAS and SPSS strongly preferred. -Experience with REDCap strongly preferred.

General Skills: -Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Outstanding ability to work well with others, particularly in a team setting. -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. -Solid time-management skills and ability to effectively multitask. -Demonstrated leadership potential.
