Position Description: Coordinates processes to produce accurate, confidential, and retrievable data, as well as implements statistical analyses for program evaluation, research, and reporting on wellness initiatives. Maintains functional operations for multi-platform data system including analytical, reporting, and business intelligence tools. Supports delivery of safe patient care and services, health promotion and disease prevention services, as well as promotes safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Qualifications: EDUCATION

Master's degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field


No professional certifications required


3 years of experience in related field


Proficient in analytical, statistical, database, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Access, SPSS, SQL, SAS, ODBC Connectivity, SharePoint 2010, PowerPivot, and Transact AQL).

Understanding of principles and practices of health promotion/wellness program evaluation.

Demonstrated database management and analytical analysis expertise, including ability to manipulate complex data Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write sections of research reports, proposals, research briefs, and other documents.

Proven project management skills, including ability to manage time and multiple assignments, shift priorities, and work independently and within teams.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
