Develops, Implements, and Oversees Program Evaluati Evaluation Work with stakeholders to develop a compreh comprehensive strategic evaluation plan that identif identifies and prioritizes evaluation activit activities. Implement evaluations including design, data colle collection, quantitative and qualitative data data analysis, and summarizing the results. Work with stakeholders to develop and synt synthesize conclusions of evaluation results. Develop an action plan to follow up on eva evaluation findings. Engage and facilitate groups related to pr program evaluation. Consultation and Education Develops and conducts various trainings related to program evaluation-related issues Provides consultation and assistance to educate state and lo educate state and local health stakeholders in the development o in the development of evaluation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health science, health ed education, behavioral or social science, or a a related field. Two years of job related experience in p program evaluation or related health program. Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Organization Description: In the United States over 75% of total he health care costs are due to chronic di diseases and 64% of adults in Montana have at at least one chronic disease. The Chronic Di Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Bu Bureau works with statewide partners to de decrease unhealthy behaviors that lead to ch chronic disease and injury. Initiatives ac across the state are streamlined through se settings such as school systems, worksites, he healthcare systems and communities. This Ev Evaluator will work across multiple chronic di disease topics with an emphasis in the Di Diabetes and Cardiovascular Health pr programs. The work will focus primarily on pr program evaluation and quality improvement. As such, this position develops, implements, and reports on evaluation activities related to program implementation. In addition, the position assesses ongoing program activities to identify education and training needs; opportunities for improvement; and areas of success using a variety of evaluation and quality improvement tools.
