Position Description: The Program Liaison will serve as the administrative manager of all professional development programs for MAO staff and outside partners. This will include maintaining appropriate records for accreditation, managing day-to-day co communication with education providers and le learners, tracking progress toward workplan go goals, and enhancing strategic partnerships to to bolster our network of allied healthcare pr professionals. The Program Liaison will work cl closely with the Professional Development Di Division Manager to meet the goals of the Al Alabama AIDS Education & Training Center wo work plan and report progress to the So Southeast AETC.

Qualifications: •Maintain documentation of continuing ed education activities, as required by ac accrediting agencies and the Southeast AETC.

•Act as a co-manager of the Alabama AETC wo workplan in collaboration with the Division Ma Manager of Professional Development

•Manage MAO professional development tr training schedule, including submissions to th the Southeast AETC event calendar

•Maintain presenter and learner contact lists

•Coordinate & respond to any audits or ac accreditation renewal processes associated wi with continuing education activities

•Maintain curricula & provider resource da database, addressing gaps in topic coverage

•Facilitate events associated with the Al Alabama AETC programs in coordination with Di Division Manager of Professional Development

•Act as primary point of contact for event p presenters and assist attendees with the r registration process

Organization Description: •Undergraduate degree in Education, Public He Health, or other relevant discipline

•Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe pr programs

•Strong written and verbal communication sk skills

•Knowledge of adult learning principles

•Ability to work both independently and with a a collaborative group
