The program associate is a professional staff member responsible for supporting, developing, implementing and managing programs and projects. The associate will support the Global Ideas for US Solutions team and work closely with the director and team members to assist in program development and management, as well as team strategy and functioning. As a relatively new team in RWJF, the associate will assist in strengthening both operational and programmatic approaches to global learning. As with staff at all levels of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, program associates are expected to demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Foundation’s mission.

The successful candidate will have a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a Master's degree in public health or a related health, behavioral or social science field and two (2) years related experience and/or training in health or health care related field, preferably in the non-profit or government sector. Experience with or knowledge of philanthropy desirable along with experience with Global health and development work.
