Position Description: Under the management of the Director of Health Assessment and Planning, independently leads and supports the implementation of complex, effective and efficient department-wide processes and systems that include strategic planning, quality improvement planning, and performance management systems; coordinates departmental national public health accreditation processes; collects, analyzes and interprets data, with emphasis on qualitative approaches; and prepares necessary reports for evaluating programs for all areas of Olmsted County Public Health Services. Must be available to support the department during emergency situations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in socia in social work, public ad socia in social work, public administration, planning planning, business administration, process engineer engineering, program engineer engineering, program planning and evaluati evaluation, mathematics/statistics, public/c public/community health or related field and three (3 three (3) years o three (3 three (3) years of experience in a similar position position as list position position as listed in the work functions. OR A combination of education and experience equiva equivalent to seven (7) years of experience in a s in a similar position as listed in the work functi functions. Regular and reliable attendance is a nece necessary component of job/position. Indi Individuals required to use County vehicles and and equipment must have a valid driver's lice license and be free of any major traffic viol violations for the last three (3) years. Desirable Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college o or university in social work, public a administration, planning, business a administration, process engineering, program p planning and evaluation, m mathematics/statistics, public/community h health or related field. Possession of certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, performance improvement, communications or other related certifications.
